Hi Lance,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this "middle" topic, Lance. The more I think about it, the more I realize how pervasive this topic can be in life, in general.

I am happy that you find this space inviting and warm. I hope, as your days and time permit, you feel welcome to come back and enjoy the scenery. I very much appreciate you taking the time to come here and communicate your thoughts, Lance. I'll be seeing you over at the Jungle...(a favorite place of mine)

Hi Lori,
Don't we all have things in our "closet", that we don't want to bring out. What you choose to share, what you're comfortable with - that's all good. And really - I find so much honesty right here in this post. And that's so, so good. Lori, what you've done here so far - in your short time on line, is to have created such a warm and inviting space. And that's enough right there....

Hi Jay,
I assumed no one would comment to this post. You are very real and a hero in my eyes. Thank you for stopping by!

I agree. I encounter so much in my daily life that I'd love to post about, but realize someone may be hurt by it (including me...) or I may cross a line that I should not cross.

Thanks for telling me how you feel. You will always be a hero to me.

Peace~Lori

I think all of us have things that we can't, or won't, share openly in our blogs or anywhere else. Even for those of us who strive to be as open and honest as possible, there are still some things that we hold back.

For me, personally, most of the things that I don't write about are things that would hurt other people. Sometimes, people will tell me something in confidence, and as they say it, I think: "Oh, that would make a great blog post!", but then I realize that I can't write about it without betraying their confidence, and so I don't. At other times, I'll be feeling a certain way or thinking about something that has happened in my life, but I can't blog about it because it might hurt some of my friends who read my blog.

And then, some things are just too sacred to share...
